On the whole a great service but a little bit of waiting around before and after the car was booked in. Free drinks and free bus ride in to Exeter were appreciated though.
Tyre report state Khumo or other such tyres all round when the rear ones are actually Continental. If a perfect score is required then all aspects should be perfect

It probably sounds really sad but one of the joys of a main dealer is you get your car back sparkly clean as was the case in the past and as is the case with my husbands Nissan My car was clean-ish but wheels &.interior were not

The service itself was very good but I booked the car in with lots of notice and was promised a loan car which wasn't available on the day. Normally not a huge problem but was very inconvenient on that particular occasion.

Headlights wouldn't turn off! Seven days off the road and the wiring loom ordered from Germany and replaced. One week later headlights wouldn't turn off. More head scratching at MINI. We can fit you in at the end of the week. Fab service!
The issue I booked the vehicle in for was rectified satisfactory.The issue which I'm not satisfied with is the one with regards to the scratches/marks which appeared on the roof of the car during its previous visit. Serviced & cleaned!

Ample discussion time was given me in the showroom, two extensive test periods were allowed and salesman came to my house to make absolutely the model I chose would fit into my garage.
The team at Exeter were excellent, in particular Chris Tripp who sold me the car and Rees who delivered it.
Both James and his collegue were very helpful and I am extremely happy with my Mini.

Good attention from reception. Explained what was going to happen. I bought the car from a different MINI garage It had a problem immediately and even though my car was not purchased at Westerly they treated me extremely well and sorted the problem

Apart for having trouble getting through on the telephone ( no answer on 3 occasions when put through to service department) the staff are friendly and helpful.

I haven't selected Completely Satisfied as we are still trying to locate and solve a rattle from the Speedo - 3rd visit due23 June but I have great faith in the Westerly Team.
